All rentals require proof of identification and
credit card or cash deposit. In addition, if you have a California
Drivers license then an M1 endorsement is also necessary to operate all
street legal scooters including 49cc and under. If you have an out of
state license and are not a California resident then your home state
laws apply. Call for more details.
